Article 1 Purpose of collection and use of personal information
<AR Medical> ("www.armed.co.kr" hereinafter referred to as "AR Medical ") processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information being processed will not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act will be taken. You may refuse to collect and use the above personal information, but if you do so, there may be restrictions on the use of the service.
It is used for member management and service provision, such as confirming intent to register as a member, identifying and authenticating the member for provision of membership services, maintaining and managing membership qualifications, preventing unauthorized use of services, and providing various notices and notifications.
It is used to provide services such as developing new services (products) and providing customized services, verifying the validity of services, determining access frequency, or collecting statistics on members' use of services.
Article 2 Method of consent to collection of personal information
The method of member consent for the collection, use, etc. of personal information of members is completed by familiarizing oneself with the details of the 'Terms of Service' and 'Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information' posted at the time of service registration and selecting the 'Agree' mark provided by the service. In addition, if the member submits the consent by signing and stamping the consent via email, mail, etc., it is considered that the member has consented to the collection, use, third-party provision, and entrustment of handling of personal information.
Article 3 Processing and retention period of personal information
The member's personal information is retained and used only for the period during which the 'Company' provides services to the member (period of use) or the period of dispute resolution (retention period).
Period of Use: From the date of service registration to the date of cancellation
Retention period: Retained for 30 days from the date of termination of the service agreement to prevent recurrence of fraudulent use by members and to prevent service confusion.
In cases where preservation is necessary in accordance with the provisions of related laws such as the Commercial Act, the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., the Company will retain personal information for a certain period of time as prescribed by related laws. In this case, the Company will use the retained information only for the purpose of preservation, and the retention period is as follows.
Records of contracts or cancellations of subscriptions, etc.: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in E-Commerce, etc.)

Article 4 Items of personal information collected
<AR Medical> processes the following personal information items.
Required items: Service usage history, access log, terminal information (OS, screen size, terminal type, terminal model name), access IP information
Optional: Company phone number, department, company name
The collection method is to collect information provided by customers through membership registration through the service or email inquiries. IP addresses, cookies, service usage records, device information, and location information may be created and collected during the service use process.
Article 5 Matters concerning entrustment of personal information processing
The company entrusts the handling of personal information to provide convenience to members, such as service use agreements, provision of A/S, and agency work, and manages it by stipulating to the trustee through a trust agreement, etc., compliance with related laws and regulations and guidelines, information protection and confidentiality, prohibition of provision to third parties, liability in case of accidents, and obligation to return/destroy personal information immediately upon termination of the trust period.
The company will ensure that the company entrusted with handling member information takes all measures related to personal information protection, and if the company entrusted with handling member information causes damage to the member due to intent or negligence, the company will assume full responsibility for it.

Article 6 Procedures and methods for deleting personal information
<AR Medical> deletes personal information without delay when the personal information becomes unnecessary, such as when the personal information retention period expires, the user requests deletion, or the processing purpose is achieved.
Deletion Procedure: Select the personal information for which the user has requested deletion or for which a reason for deletion has arisen and delete the personal information.
Deletion target: Member information whose retention period and retention period according to relevant laws have expired
Deletion method: Personal information saved in electronic file format is deleted using a technical method that renders the records unrecoverable.
Application of personal information validity period system
In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and its Enforcement Decree, if a member has not used the service or has not engaged in any activity for a period of time (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Information Validity Period”) selected by the member upon request, such as 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, or lifetime, the Company will notify the user in advance and delete or store and manage the personal information separately pursuant to Article 39-6 of the Personal Information Protection Act and Article 48-5 Paragraph 1 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act in order to safely protect the personal information and prevent damage. In this case, the Company will notify the user in advance twice, 30 days and 7 days before the expiration date, via the email address entered in the member information. Article 9. Matters concerning the installation and operation of devices (cookies) that automatically collect personal information and their rejection

<AR Medical> is taking the following measures to ensure the security of personal information.
Minimizing and training personal information handling staff: We are implementing measures to manage personal information by designating staff who handle personal information and limiting them to those in charge.
Establishment and implementation of an internal management plan: We are establishing and implementing an internal management plan to ensure the safe processing of personal information.
<AR Medical> installs security programs and conducts periodic updates and inspections to prevent personal information leakage and damage due to hacking or computer viruses, and installs systems in areas with controlled access from the outside and monitors and blocks them technically and physically.
Article 11. Method of notification or notice of personal information processing policy
If there are additions, deletions, or modifications to the Personal Information Processing Policy due to changes in related laws, policies, or security technologies, the Company will post the changes through a service notice or separate window at least 7 days prior to the effective date, and the changed Personal Information Processing Policy will take effect on the effective date stated.
